TRIPLE BARREL AMERICAN WHISKEY

Our newest product, the Triple Barrel American Whiskey is a combination of two different bourbons and a Tennessee whiskey, all blended and finished in French oak.  It’s a sweet and smooth whiskey from with a high corn percentage in its collective mash bill. Wheat, rye and barley are used as flavoring grains.

The whiskey has a wonderful bouquet of cherry, citrus and honey and a traditional finish of vanilla, caramel and oak spice.

How we drink it:  Neat, with a few cubes, or in a Old Fashioned.

Napa Valley Heritage Cask Bourbon

Our limited release bourbon for 2017.  We made only 2,500 bottles of this unique product.  With a sizeable amount of rye in the mash bill, there is certainly some spice, but the soul of this whiskey comes from its special cask finish.  The last four months of this 5 and half year-old bourbon were spent aging in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels.  

Drinkers will enjoy an aroma of sweet plum, honey and vanilla.  It finishes with hints dried cherries, rye spice, caramel and a light smokiness.

This spirit is for real bourbon enthusiasts only.

How we drink it:  Neat or on the rocks.
